2025 IIHF Ice Hockey Women’s World Championship DivisionⅠ, Group A is about to take place from April 13 to April 19 at the Gymnasium of Shenzhen Universiade Center, following the precedent occurring in 2023.
Denmark, France, Slovakia, Austria, the Netherlands and China are scheduled to take part in the tournament. The 6 national teams would go through a single round-robin series for the championship of the tournament and the promotion.
Gymnasium of Shenzhen Universiade Center which is located in Longgang District of Shenzhen, as the arena of the tournament, has finished the upgrading, preparing first-grade sports facilities for the upcoming event. In addition, the air dome of Shenzhen Kunlun Red Star Ice Hockey Club is ready for the pre-match training and to be a Plan-B arena.
